1. Do you travel outside of Utah or Salt Lake Counties?
Yes. I’m based in Utah County and regularly cover events across the Wasatch Front and beyond. For events outside Utah/Salt Lake counties, I’ll include any travel fees (if applicable) in your quote up front so there are no surprises.
2. Can we get sponsor-ready highlights?
Yes. Fast Highlights are available when you need images quickly for social, sponsors, or press.
Fast Highlights: 10–25 edited images delivered within 24–48 hours (add-on).
Full galleries are delivered within 3–5 business days.
3. How many images will we receive?
It depends on the length and density of the event (how much is happening and how many moments need coverage). Most 2-hour bookings typically receive 75–150 edited images. Longer events and tournaments deliver more. I focus on a usable, story-driven set, not endless near-duplicates.
4. What if our schedule changes?
I get it; events move. If anything shifts, send me the updated schedule as soon as you have it. Small timing changes are usually easy to accommodate. If the change affects coverage length or deliverables, I’ll confirm any pricing impact before the event.
5. Do you shoot tournaments/multi-game days?
Yes. Tournaments and multi-game days are a great fit. I offer half-day and full-day coverage depending on how many games, locations, and what you need delivered (full galleries, highlights, or both).
6. Do you shoot events lasting multiple days?
Yes. Multi-day coverage is available and typically structured as a daily rate or multi-day package. Tell me the dates, locations, and what matters most each day (speakers, VIPs, sponsors, key games), and I’ll recommend the simplest coverage plan.
